This is a full assessment done by a specialized GI dietitian that will look at your whole life and history in order to develop a strategy plan with you to help you reach your goals.
You'll leave the call with more information about what may be going on, initial steps to take, and a strategy plan that is customized for you that you can continue to follow on your own.

- Post call plan mapping out steps to take and what to consider

How does this differ from our 1:1 program? Our 1:1 program is 4 months long with 8 total appointments, and is priced at $3600 total.
The gut-check is an opportunity to get access to quality personalized care from a specialist, without the longer and more costly commitment.
If you do decide to move forward with a full 1:1 program within 3 months, you can add the 7 follow ups and continual care over 4 months and only pay the difference ($3125 total).
